Empower Consultants is a social enterprise, led by Black Minority Ethnic (BME) people. Our advisory board members have a broad range of skills, experience and knowledge gained from working with the South Asian and BME communities across Greater Manchester for over 30 years. We offer independent, confidential, information, advice, training and advocacy services that work exclusively with BME adults who have mental health issues, are disabled or both.
